She has also set up Aerospace & Defence Industry practice of Deloitte in India besides handling her portfolio of tax and regulatory assignments across Industries. Her experience includes rendering financial structuring and advisory, financial modelling, tax and regulations structuring advisory, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, technical collaborations. She has worked in big 4 firms (last held MD-Tax & Regulatory) before starting consulting entities. She has been awarded award for the cause of profession by Apex Institute of CA and she is heading few tax committee s of various Chamber of Commerce.
Justice J. B. Goel (Retd.)
He has over 60 years of experience. Appointed to Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Additional District & Sessions Judge on 10.11.1982 to 9.11.1994 and as District & Sessions Judge, Delhi from 10.11.1994. He was appointed Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 17.5.1995 and Permanent Judge on 06.12.1996. Retired on 06.08.2000. He has also held the position of Chairman, AIFR, New Delhi for 3 years. He is Director of the Company, giving his guidance and legal advise on the clients work and also to the team of Avinav Consulting
